1. Payment responsibility The participant is responsible for all costs incurred during registration and any refunds, including any card processing or Stripe transaction fees. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe at the time of registration, or within max. 14 days after registration and no later than 1st of November 2026.
2. Late registration payment deadlines If you register between 1st of November 2026 and 15th of November 2026, payment is due within 1 week of registration. After 15th of November 2026, payment must be completed immediately at the time of registration via Stripe. Registrations left unpaid will be deleted.
3. Cancellation until 1st of November 2026 If a paid registration is cancelled by 1st of November 2026, the full amount will be refunded to the participant via Stripe.
4. Cancellation between 1st and 15th of November 2026 If cancelled during this period, the 100 EUR pre-payment is non-refundable. All other paid amounts will be refunded.
5. Cancellation after 15th of November 2026 Only the amounts paid for milongas, concerts, and transfer will be refunded. A 100 EUR registration fee will be deducted and is non-refundable. No refund will be issued for the hotel, classes, or seminar.
6. Refund processing fees In all refunds, any Stripe transaction or processing fee is paid by the participant and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. Participant obligations The participant is responsible for fulfilling all conditions necessary to attend tanGO TO Paris (e.g. visa, health requirements, permissions, etc.). The organization team is not responsible for any loss (e.g. missed flights or classes) resulting from unfulfilled conditions.
8. Changes to the program The organization team reserves the right to change or cancel part of the event program without prior notice. In such cases, the organization team's responsibility extends only to registered participants.
9. Additional payment provider fees If additional fees are charged on the payment processor's side even though the participant has already covered applicable fees, the participant must assume these additional costs as well. tanGO TO Paris will not accept insufficient amounts resulting from deducted transaction fees.
10. Making changes to your registration Until 15th of November 2026, you can make changes yourself by logging into the registration system with your password. After 15th of November 2026, all changes must be requested by email and will be made by the tanGO TO Paris organization team. Any requested change that conflicts with these Terms & Conditions will not be honored.
11. Final deadline for changes No changes to a registration can be made after 18th of November 2026, including by email.
12. Individual registration If you are attending with a partner, each person must register separately — one registration per participant is required.
13. Access to classes No visitors are allowed to attend the classes. Only the organization team and registered, paid participants may attend the respective classes.
14. Registration confirmation A registration is not considered complete or confirmed until payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, the participant will be added to the class and milonga lists.
15. Event entry — QR code This email includes your personal QR code. This code is your entry pass for tanGO TO Paris and will be scanned at the event entrance, so please have it ready — printed or on your phone — when you arrive.
16. Video recording No video recording is allowed during classes or shows without prior permission from the organization team.
17. And above all... The most important obligation of every tanGO TO Paris participant: dance, meet new people, enjoy Paris, and have lots of fun! 🥐💃🕺
