Waiver Agreement Statement

1. I voluntarily register to participate in the 2nd International ICH Festival Tango Competition, Chengdu, China.
2. I fully understand and agree to abide by all regulations, rules, requirements, and provisions established by the Organizing Committee and pledge to absolutely comply with all measures taken by the Organizing Committee and its staff during the competition.
3. I understand that participating in the competition requires a certain level of physical fitness, and I have undergone adequate training. I confirm that I do not have any diseases, injuries, or other physical disabilities that could lead to injury or death during the competition. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the competition, and I have taken appropriate measures to address any potential risks. I also declare that I am in good health and do not have any of the following conditions: (1) Congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease; (2) Hypertension or cerebrovascular disease; (3) Myocarditis or other heart diseases; (4) Coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmia; (5) Diabetes with excessively high or low blood sugar levels; (6) Any other illness that is unsuitable for participating in the Argentine Tango competition.

Additionally, I confirm that I do not have any of the following conditions before the competition: (1) Pregnancy; (2) Cold or flu within two weeks before the competition; (3) Extreme fatigue before the competition; (4) Excessive alcohol consumption before the competition.

1. I fully understand the potential risks of participating in the competition and have prepared necessary preventive measures. I am willing to assume responsibility for any unexpected risks or accidents caused by my physical condition during the competition. I agree that the organizer shall not bear any legal or financial responsibility for injuries, death, or any other forms of loss (including, but not limited to, injuries or fatalities caused by overexertion, dehydration, heatstroke, sudden death, cardiac arrest, falls, accidents caused by other participants, spectators, third parties, or acts of God) not resulting from the organizer’s fault.
2. I agree to accept any on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the Organizing Committee during the competition and agree to receive any medical care the Organizing Committee can reasonably provide within its capability.
3. I agree to provide valid identification and documentation to the Organizing Committee for identity verification purposes and ensure the authenticity, legality, and validity of such documents.
4. I have carefully read, fully understood, and completely agreed to the contents of this statement. I am fully aware of and accept the Organizing Committee's disclaimer, and I am willing to assume the corresponding legal responsibilities as outlined in this statement.
