Terms Of Service
1) The participant is responsible for ALL costs incurred during registration and paybacks (including bank commissions/fees). Please do not forget that Turkey is not in European zone or any other zone inbanking system. So in all international bank transfers to Turkey, there are 3 commissions on both sides (Your bank and Turkish bank and the bank connecting these two banks) and you are responsible for all these charges. The payments must be made in max. 3 DAYS after the registration. After 1st of February 2025, all payments must be made immediately.
2) For all registrations, there are 2 ways to pay the registration fee.
a) The first one is you can make a PRE-PAYMENT by credit card and pay the rest in CASH when you are at the festival. In the credit card payment, you will have extra 8% Tax and 2.5% Bank Commission and also all payments with credit card is in US Dollars so there will be also currency exchange rate. As an example, for 200 Euro, you will pay 221,4 Euro which is 244 USD. There must be aninitial payment before your arrival to the festival or your registration will not be accepted. The amount of PRE-PAYMENT is decided by your registration total. If your registration is;
Between 0-50 Euro, actual amount
Between 50 Euro - 99 Euro, 50 Euro pre-payment. Click here to pay through TANGORIUM
Between 100 Euro - 199 Euro, 100 Euro pre-payment. Click here to pay through TANGORIUM
Between 200 Euro - 499 Euro, 200 Euro pre-payment. Click here to pay through TANGORIUM
Between 500 Euro - 999 Euro, 300 Euro pre-payment. Click here to pay through TANGORIUM
Bigger than 1000 Euro, 400 Euro pre-payment. Click here to pay through TANGORIUM
IMPORTANT: The amount left at the festival can only be made by CASH so you need to bring cash in. Euros.
b) If you don't want to carry so much cash with you or if you have any other reasons, you can pay by bank transfer. In this option, you don't need to pay the 8% tax and 2.5% bank commission and the amount of transfer arriving to our account will be fully written to your registration.
IMPORTANT: The international bank transfer commissions are very high to Turkey and sometimes there will be some extra commissions from the third party which you are responsible for. So we recomend you to pay by credit card.
3) If there is an unexpected cancellation of the event (Covid-19 and etc.), we will refund your payment immediately to your credit card.
4) The participant is responsible for fulfilling all conditions (e.g. visa, health issues, permission etc.) which are necessary to attend the tanGO TO istanbul. The organization team will not be responsible for any loss (e.g. missed flights/classes etc) due to unfulfilled conditions.
5) The organization team reserves the right to change or cancel a part of the organization without prior notice. In such a case, the organization team is only responsible towards registered and fully paid participants.
6) If the participant will join the organization together with a partner, the participant and his/her partner will have to register SEPARATELY. You must have one registration for every person.
7) Until 1st of February 2025, you can make any change by YOURSELF by entering the computer program with your Password. After 1st of February 2025 till 10th of February 2025, all changes will be made by tanGO TO istanbul organisation team with your email. Any change opposing the contract of tanGO TO istanbul is not considered.
The participant will not be able to change anything in his/her registration after 10th of February 2025.
8) Cancellation of the registration:
a) If you cancel before 1st of November 2024, all payments will be fully refunded. Only the bank commissions and transaction fees will be deducted.
b) If you cancel between 1st of November2024 and 31st of December 2024 then only 200 Euro pre-payment will be taken from your payment and the rest will be refunded.
c) If you cancel between 1st of january 2025 and 31st of January 2025 then milongas, table at milongas, competition fee, airport transfer will be fully refunded and 50% of the rest of the registration will be refunded. If the refunded amount is less than 200 Euro then 200 Euro is taken and the rest will be refunded.
d) If you cancel between 1st of February 2025 and 28th of February 2025 then milongas, competition fee, airport transfer will be fully refunded and 25% of the rest of the registration is refunded. If the remaining amount is less than 200 Euro then 200 Euro is taken and the rest will be refunded.
e) There will be no refund after the cancellations after 1st of March 2025.
9) No visitors are allowed to attend the classes. Only the organization team and participants who are registered and who have already paid, are allowed to attend the respective classes.
10) The registration can not be regarded as fully completed and confirmed until the participant has paid the necessary amount. After receipt of the payment, the participants registration will be transferred to the class and milonga lists.
11) No video recordings are allowed during classes or shows, without permission of the organization team.
12) The rooms in the Hotel are not the same. The participant does not have the right to change her/his room during the festival. The rooms are delivered by the Hotel management in random order.
